What makes Antigua unique for scuba diving?
Beautiful, healthy coral reefs

Lots of ledges, swim-throughs, and underwater chimneys;
Warm water, easy dives with great visibility;
Sounds of humpback whales underwater from January to April with frequent sightings from the boat and occasionally underwater!

Mamora Bay Divers offers excursions to Antigua’s most popular and spectacular dive sites:
Sunken Rock. Literally a huge, dramatic sunken rock, with the tip breaking the surface of the water and the base resting in the sand at a depth of about 120’. Lots of beautiful geological, plant, and marine life.
Tarpon Alley. Gorgeous underwater coastline with cliffs, giant boulder, and abundant tarpon. Depths from 40 to 90’. Humpback whales have been seen at this dive site from January to April
Cape Shirley. Beautiful underwater geography. This gorgeous dive ends between two huge underwater boulders where two resident grey reef sharks are frequently seen.
Pillars of Hercules. An amazing dive site named after the above-water cliff that resembles giant pillars emerging from the sea. This site is popular as a calm, easy dive with plenty of coral, colorful fish, and sea turtles. Spotted eagle rays are also frequently seen at this location.
Nanton Point. A 55’ reef dive with two beautiful swim-throughs and abundant sea life.
Stoney Cove. Giant boulders and a dramatic chimney that opens to the surface. Excellent for photography, with depths of around 60’.
