Galley Bay Resort & Spa Dress Code

For the benefit of all our guests, Galley Bay maintains a casually elegant atmosphere, which adds to the beauty and romance of the Galley Bay experience.

Breakfast & Lunch (Year-Round): 

Smart casual dress is perfect for a relaxing breakfast or lunch at Galley Bay Resort & Spa, Antigua.  Shoes, shirts, shorts, pants or dresses are required.  Swimming attire must be dry and covered for restaurant dining.

Year-Round:  Ismay’s Restaurant

Our specialty dining venue, maintains a smart, elegant dress code for dinner on a year-round basis.  Men are asked to wear long pants (stylish non-ripped jeans, khakis, or tailored trousers), collared shirts with long or short sleeves (button up or polo style), and close-toed shoes or sandals.  Please, no short pants.  Ladies are asked to wear dresses, blouses, skirts, stylish non-ripped jeans or tailored slacks, and stylish shoes or sandals.  Please, no short pants.  Beachwear, athletic wear, tennis shoes, ripped jeans, t-shirts, hats, and flip-flops are not appropriate for dining at Ismay’s Restaurant.   Thank you for your consideration.

Evening: All Other Bars & Restaurants (October through May): 

In the evenings, from 6:30 p.m. onward, we kindly ask that guests wear casually elegant attire while enjoying our bars and restaurants.

Men are asked to wear long pants (stylish non-ripped jeans, khakis, or tailored trousers), collared shirts with long or short sleeves (button up or polo style), and close-toed shoes or sandals.  Please, no short pants.

Ladies are asked to wear dresses, blouses, skirts, stylish non-ripped jeans or tailored slacks, and stylish shoes or sandals. Please, no short pants.

Beachwear, athletic wear, tennis shoes, shorts, ripped jeans, t-shirts, hats, and flip-flops are not appropriate for evening dining from October 1^st through May 31^st.  Thank you for your consideration.

Men are asked to wear long pants (stylish non-ripped jeans, khakis, or tailored trousers) or tailored shorts (no cutoff or ripped shorts), collared shirts with long or short sleeves (button up or polo style), and close-toed shoes or sandals. 

Ladies are asked to wear dresses, blouses, skirts, stylish non-ripped jeans, tailored slacks or tailored shorts (no cutoff or ripped shorts), and stylish shoes or sandals.
